EAT WITH COMPASSION
Animal Rescue and Sanctuary
EARTH is a budding non-profit for Educating, Animal Rescuing, and Teaching Healthy vegan living. We are located in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Sonora, CA. We provide sanctuary to factory farmed animals, abused and neglected animals, and animals that would otherwise be euthanized to live out the entirety of their life free of harm and suffering.
We will also provide rehoming services on our website and private adoption finding. In addition we provide education on nutrition and veganism, vegan cooking demonstrations and vegan chef services, and private vegan retreats.
We have a small animal rescue currently home to 4 rescue dogs, chickens and bunnies, pigeons and doves. We have rehabilitated and released pigeons and pheasants. We are raising money to build a second barn with outdoor runs for the chickens and bunnies, which will allow us to rescue more chickens and bunnies. We are also raising money for a separate pigeon and dove aviary.
Please help us to raise money to help these sweet little chicks and bunnies as they are a very curious bunch of vegans that need to spread their wings and stretch their hind legs and run.

From the perspectives of Buddhism, nutritional psychology, science and philosophy. Each workshop includes a meditation and a talk on a different aspect of practicing compassionate veganism in everyday life. Each workshop includes a short vegan cooking demonstration and shared meal.
Sundays thoughout the year, October 13th focuses on vegan cheeses and November 24th is on vegan holiday fare.

The Dinner Cart Personal Chef Service
Every Tuesday, we put out a Dinner Pick-up menu that is creative and fun, with 4-6 different options to choose from. Large pans feed 6-8 and are usually $35-40, or small pans feed 2-3 and are usually $16-$20. Put in your request by Thursday morning and your dinner is ready to pick up on Friday during open hours with final heating instructions. Menus are put out on facebook.com/earthhealingandretreatcenter or you can receive a weekly text menu by signing up at 510-418-3612 or email at email@example.com
The other option is the Dinner Cart meal plan, which is a pre-payment dinner plan prepared for you by Jess and Jules with a 1 or 3 or 6 month commitment. Deliveries are at the beginning of the week in the Sonora and Murphys areas and every other Monday in the Bay Area. Each Dinner Cart includes your choice of 3 or 4 servings of an entree, 3 or 4 servings of an optional side dish, and an optional 3-4 serving dessert or additional side dish. All vegan, GMO-free, and attentive to food allergies. Costs break down to $35-$50/ Dinner Cart. Service areas include the Bay Area, Modesto and Sonora/ Murphys.
We are really excited to introduce the Dinner Cart to the Sonora and Murphys areas. What is awesome about it is that it offers you the opportunity to personally know your chefs, as well as to directly invest in your community and to directly invest in a better tomorrow. For us it means that we can count on you to help us nurture a reliable and stable community-driven vegan food project that gives back 110% to intentional projects like the animal sanctuary and that are both deeply rooted in our community and accountable to all of us.
